Our school-site partners deliver essential services directly to students and educators—from evidence-based professional learning and coaching, to high-impact tutoring, to family-focused literacy supports. At the same time, our funding partners make the entire infrastructure work: they underwrite the operations, staffing, training, materials, and coordination required to run coherent, research-aligned programming across multiple schools.
Together, these partnerships allow DEEP to recruit and train community tutors, equip teachers with the tools and expertise they need, and empower families with actionable strategies to support their child’s learning.
This collective effort is what makes it possible to confront the literacy crisis head-on and build the conditions in which every child can learn to read.
